Yes, Our Caravans are specially designed & built for Indian terrains.

Currently we are offering 4 Types of Caravans :

1) Sprinter – A compact size caravan, built on TATA Yodha 4x4, combining comfort with agility creates a harmonious blend of two essential qualities that enhance both physical and emotional well-being. Sprinter is best suited for couples, nuclear families and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 kids of up to 12 years of age. This concept reflects the idea of achieving a perfect balance between relaxation and dynamic movement, ensuring that one can navigate through various environments and situations with ease, while maintaining a sense of ease and tranquillity.

2) Sprinter Pro – A compact size caravan built on ISUZU Dmax 4x4, imported from USA, combining comfort with agility creates a harmonious blend of two essential qualities that enhance both physical and emotional well-being. Sprinter Pro is best suited for couples, nuclear families and can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 kids of up to 12 years of age. This concept reflects the idea of achieving a perfect balance between relaxation and dynamic movement, ensuring that one can navigate through various environments and situations with ease, while maintaining a sense of ease and tranquillity.

3) Wanderer – Built on Force Traveller, Wanderer can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 kids of up to 12 years of age. Experience unparalleled comfort evokes the sensation of a level of ease and relaxation that transcends ordinary comfort, offering a truly exceptional and memorable experience. This phrase suggests a state of being where every aspect of comfort is optimized to its fullest potential, creating an environment or sensation that feels uniquely tailored to the individual, surpassing all expectations.

4) Voyager - Where luxury meets adventure embodies the fusion of opulence with the thrill of exploration, creating an experience that is both indulgent and exhilarating. This phrase suggests a unique blend of high-end, refined comforts with the excitement and unpredictability of new and bold experiences. It’s about enjoying the best of both worlds—where the sophistication of luxury enhances the thrill of adventure, and vice versa. This model can easily accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 kids of up to 12 years of age.

Currently our Caravan Rental Services are available in North-East covering Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland and Assam (Pick & Drop from Guwahati only) and in North India – covering Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Rajasthan and J&K.

No, Currently we do not have any self-driven Caravans as these are large size caravans and driving them in mountain terrains needs special training & expertise.

Check-In Time : 08:30 am, Check-Out Time : 10:30 pm.

Our Caravans are equipped with ACs, Heaters, Geysers, Smart TV, Surround Sound System, Genset, Bathroom with Toilet, Microwave Oven, Fridge, GPS, Awning etc.

In Voyager 6 Adults & 2 Kids up to the age of 12 years can easily be accommodate.

In Wanderer 4 Adults & 2 Kids up to the age of 12 years can easily be accommodate.

In Sprinter and Sprinter Pro  2 Adults and 2 Kids up to the age of 12 years can accommodate.

You may book your Caravan by paying minimum 25% advance but to confirm your booking, you need to make 100% payment 3 days prior to the onboarding date.

Cancellation Policy is as below:

• 7 Days prior to the Booking Date – 30% Deductions

• 5 Days prior to the Booking Date – 50% Deductions

• 3 Days prior to the Booking Date – 70% Deductions

Any cancellation before 3 days of Booking Date – No refund

We are providing 200 kms of free run every day. Thus, if a Caravan is hired for 5 Days, Customers will get 1000 kms of free run altogether.

For our Caravans, maximum continuous driving duration is for 12 Hrs. or 300 Kms (400 kms for Sprinter model) only (whichever occurs first). BHARAT CARAVANS reserves the right to stop the journey if it is neither good for the chauffeur nor the car for prolonged journeys.

Reward points are the points customers earns against their confirmed bookings. These points may be redeemed at future bookings up to maximum of 5000 points each booking. Refund points are the points accumulated in the wallet against the cancellation of any booking, when customer decided not to take the refund amount in the bank and instead converted them in the points. At any point of time customer may redeem, use these points in any booking. There is no upper limit in this case and customer may utilise all the points in one transaction.

The list of designated pick-up and drop-off locations for each city is available on our website and mobile app.

Pick-Up Time is 08:30 am and Drop-off Time is 10:30 pm.

Safety and security of our customer are paramount. We have done a tie-up with 50+ Campsites in Arunachal, Meghalaya and Assam, so that our Caravans are parked safely at night and Customers are safe & secure and they also get food and other available facilities at these Campsites.

Definitely, our Campsites provides food to the Customers on a-la-carte basis at additional cost. You can also enjoy other activities available at your campsites such as Bonfire, Horse-riding, Fishing etc. at additional cost.
